Final Touch Commercial Janitorial has been operating in Central Oregon since 1999 and is the largest and most reputable commercial cleaning company in the region. We strive to provide dependable, quality-focused cleaning services and property upkeep to our customers while paying our team well and making the company a great place to work.

General Description:

The Office Manager is the heartbeat of our organization and plays a crucial role in maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive work environment. This full-time position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager and works predictable hours on-site from Monday through Friday. General functions include all things administrative: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and customer communication, to name a few. If you thrive in a stable environment with a predictable routine but enjoy fast-paced problem solving and being involved in all aspects of the operation, this is the job for you!

Primary Job Functions:

· Answer phones and respond to inbound email inquiries, ensuring timely routing and follow-up by the appropriate department.

· Attend the daily management huddle and communicate the status of administrative priorities and action items.

· Process employee timecards weekly and prepare bi-weekly payroll.

· Prepare customer invoices and manage the accounts receivable process, including payment tracking and collections as needed.

· Process incoming mail, prepare bank deposits, and maintain accurate administrative records.

· Coordinate supply orders through approved vendors.

· Maintain electronic and physical company records in accordance with company procedures.

· Coordinate new employee onboarding, including required paperwork using established procedures.

· Maintain and update administrative checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent office operations.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED certificate

· Proficiency in Excel, Word and QuickBooks

· Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills

· Great personality & friendly demeanor

· Self-starter, able to thrive with minimal supervision

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
