Position Overview

The Post-Harvest Technician plays a key role in preparing our cannabis products for market. This role involves trimming, bucking, harvesting, plant handling, packaging, and pre-roll manufacturing. Candidates should be detail-oriented, efficient with their hands, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Trim cannabis flower by hand with consistency and precision.
Assist with harvest activities: cutting, hanging, drying, and bucking plants.
Manufacture pre-rolls using industry tools and equipment.
Accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis products.
Maintain strict quality control standards for appearance, weight, and labeling.
Fulfill wholesale and retail orders, including preparation of manifests and packaging.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and tools regularly.
Follow all Vermont Cannabis Control Board regulations and company SOPs.
Assist with general post-harvest duties as needed.

Qualifications

Prior experience in agriculture , trimming, or production preferred but not required.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand motions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production goals.
Must be 21+ years of age.
Must be able to pass all state-required background checks for cannabis employees.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Manual dexterity and ability to handle small tools/scissors.
Comfortable working in environments with strong odors and plant material.

Resumen del Puesto

El Técnico de Postcosecha desempeña un papel clave en la preparación de nuestros productos de cannabis para el mercado. Este puesto incluye recorte, corte de plantas, cosecha, manejo de plantas, empaque y producción de pre-rolls. Buscamos personas detallistas, eficientes con las manos y cómodas trabajando en un ambiente dinámico y regulado.

Responsabilidades

Recortar flor de cannabis a mano con consistencia y precisión.
Asistir en actividades de cosecha: corte, colgado, secado y separación de plantas.
Producir pre-rolls utilizando herramientas y equipos especializados.
Pesar, empacar y etiquetar productos de cannabis con precisión.
Mantener altos estándares de control de calidad en apariencia, peso y etiquetado.
Preparar pedidos para venta al por mayor y al por menor, incluyendo empaques y documentación.
Limpiar y desinfectar regularmente las áreas de trabajo, equipos y herramientas.
Cumplir con todas las regulaciones del estado de Vermont y los procedimientos internos (SOPs).
