Full Job Description

A rapidly growing, private-equity-backed healthcare organization specializing in infusion therapies is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative to support continued expansion throughout Arizona.

This confidential opportunity is with a patient-focused healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and innovative treatment solutions for individuals managing chronic conditions. The organization is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a strategic sales professional who can build strong provider partnerships and drive referral growth.

Position Overview

The Infusion Sales Representative will be responsible for driving growth within the Missouri territory by developing and managing relationships with healthcare providers and generating patient referrals. This role will focus on building partnerships with physician practices, particularly within oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology specialties.

This is a home-based position requiring up to 60% travel within the assigned territory to establish and maintain strong provider relationships, identify new business opportunities, and increase referral volume.

Compensation

Base Salary: $85,000 – $120,000
Incentive Compensation: Uncapped monthly bonus opportunity, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually in additional incentive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve growth objectives and referral goals.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding established sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-volume physician practices, particularly within oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.
Educate physicians and office teams on available services and solutions to encourage referrals.
Identify key target accounts and develop strategic engagement plans to increase referral opportunities.
Analyze provider performance and implement strategies to improve referral outcomes.
Collaborate with pharmaceutical representatives, health plans, and healthcare organizations to strengthen market presence.
Partner with internal marketing and operations teams to enhance provider and patient engagement.
Provide market feedback and insights to support ongoing business growth.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within healthcare, medical device, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or a related healthcare industry.
Demonstrated success developing physician relationships and driving referrals within specialty healthcare settings.
Experience working with oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, or infusion-related services strongly preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage physicians and healthcare stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage a territory independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
