Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team at The Manor at Benton. In this role, the DON will oversee nursing operations, ensure a high standard of resident care, supervise nursing staff, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.

We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership and critical-thinking skills, a solid understanding of Assisted Living II, insight into the clinical complexities of today’s market, and the ability to educate and lead a team.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality care to residents.

· Provide education and training to staff on facility policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

· Ensure facility operations remain compliant with all applicable state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

· Prior experience serving as a Director of Nursing is strongly preferred.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and other departments.

· Demonstrated ability to complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
