Join Our Team as an Insurance Sales Representative at Jaden Gebbink State Farm — Turn Service Into Sales

Are you done “hoping” people choose you? At Jaden Gebbink State Farm, we’re looking for a hungry, confident, sales-driven professional who can turn every conversation—especially service calls and existing customer needs—into the next policy, the next upgrade, and the next referral.

This is not a slow, passive role. You’ll be in the mix every day, owning the process from first contact to quote, follow-up, and close.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Turn service conversations into sales opportunities: when customers call, you don’t just help—you identify gaps, recommend coverage, and sell the solution.
Proactively quote and follow up with warm leads and active service requests to move deals forward fast.
Run a tight sales process: listen, qualify, match coverage, present options clearly, handle objections, and close.
Build revenue through customer expansion: cross-sell and upgrade across Life, Auto, Home, Business, and Liability.
Collaborate with leadership to create strategies that consistently hit targets—not just “try.”
Guide customers through applications with confidence and urgency so they don’t stall out.
Maintain an active pipeline: no losing momentum after the first conversation—every lead gets driven toward an appointment and a decision.
