Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Insurance Service Representative-Office Manager to lead our insurance operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for clients, manage day-to-day office functions, and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Your energetic approach will help foster strong client relationships, streamline administrative processes, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine sales expertise with office management skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. ****P/C Licence required..assistance available if you dont have current license****

Responsibilities

Manage client communications, providing clear information on insurance products such as health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance policies.
Oversee sales administration activities including policy processing, renewals, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach, personalized service, and effective client communication strategies.
Conduct outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities through networking, community engagement, and targeted outreach.
Negotiate policy terms with clients and insurance providers to secure optimal coverage options that meet client needs.
Stay current on insurance regulation changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and professional growth.
Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track client interactions, manage appointments, and generate reports for analysis purposes.
Support team members with sales support activities such as analysis of client data and preparation of proposals or presentations.
Assist in training new staff members on insurance products, sales techniques, and office procedures to foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the insurance industry or related fields.
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively engage clients and close sales.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations.
Knowledge of life insurance, property casualty insurance, commercial insurance products, and benefits administration is essential.
Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.
Exceptional analysis skills to interpret client data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships through attentive support and personalized solutions.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
