Full Job Description

We’re hiring for our Dragstrip Grill & Kitchen Crew! Pay is $15 an hour. Mostly Fridays and Saturdays, occasional Sundays. Hours depend on race length, how busy we are, and the weather. We usually stay open until races end, but rain or pace changes things—flexibility is key! This is a seasonal position: we start when it warms up and wrap up around late October when it gets chilly.

You’ll handle the fryer and grill. Experience is great, but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you! On slow days, you might cover both stations; on busy days, you’ll have help. It’s a full menu—not just basic concessions, so some days are calm, others we’ve got lines of 60+ people!

You’ll prep food and clean, everything from kitchen to floors to bathrooms. Must be at least 16. We’re looking for someone friendly and ready to jump in! If you need extra income (you’ll be on payroll!) and enjoy a fast-paced, team vibe, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
