Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Walmart Academy - H&W Learning leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs that enhance associate capabilities and drive business performance. This role partners with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop strategic solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability, the position supports talent development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. The Senior Manager also oversees training standards and governance, leveraging data to measure effectiveness and optimize learning initiatives that contribute to operational excellence and associate growth.
About the team:
The Walmart Academy Learning team leads the design and delivery of impactful learning solutions that support Walmart’s health and wellness associates. This team collaborates closely with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop scalable, learner-focused programs using instructional design principles. They evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and continuously enhance content to meet evolving business goals. The team fosters cross-functional partnerships to ensure cohesive learning strategies, compliance, and alignment with company standards. Their work drives associate capability development, performance improvement, and supports Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and continuous learning.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
