What's the Gig?
We’re looking for a motivated student to run our video podcast studio! This isn't just a job; it’s your chance to be the backbone of the fastest growing online medium, helping produce over 100 shows every month. If you're a multi-media, strategic communication, audio, or video whiz, this is your launchpad into the world of video production.
You'll be part of the reliable, customer focused team that keeps the whole operation running, managing killer recording sessions, and helping hosts and their special guests craft YouTube and social-media-ready content that slaps.
Your Daily Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):
● V.I.P. Host: You are the face of the studio! Welcome every user and guest like a rockstar, making sure they feel comfortable and ready to record.
● Studio Boss: Maintain the recording space so it’s always clean, hyper-organized, and looking like a showroom—ready for its close-up at a moment's notice.
● Tech Maestro: Be the gear guru. Set up all the audio/video equipment like a pro, manage the recording process, and troubleshoot issues on the fly. (With our help, of course!)
● Content Catalyst: Work side-by-side with our teams and clients to turn great ideas into engaging shows and viral social clips.
● Finalizer: Keep the production train moving! Coordinate with clients and editors to make sure every piece of content gets that final, polished sign-off.
● Team Player: Connect with the internal crew to smash any technical roadblocks or answer questions, keeping the studio flow seamless.
● Beyond the Call: Handle any other reasonable studio-management duties that pop up; you’re the key to our success.
The Fine Print (The Important, Grown-Up Stuff):
● Commitment: This is a part time, at-will position. You'll dedicate your focus to the studio's success and avoid any outside activities that could conflict with our interests.
● Keep it Secret: You'll learn our secret sauce: proprietary training, internal methods, client lists, and strategic plans. Strict confidentiality is required. What happens in the studio, stays in the studio.
● Intellectual Property (IP): Everything awesome you create will be classified as "Work for Hire," meaning the IP rights belong to the employer / client, forever.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
