About Us: Fresco Da Franco is an upscale Italian restaurant located in the heart of Montclair, New Jersey. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience, featuring authentic Italian cuisine, a sophisticated ambiance, and impeccable service.

Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and professional Fine Dining Servers to join our team. As a server at Fresco Da Franco, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing top-tier service in a refined environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
Present menus and offer expert knowledge of our menu items, including wine pairings.
Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and addressing their needs throughout their dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Handle payments and close checks in an efficient and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fine dining.
Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
A passion for delivering exceptional service.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
