Full Job Description

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help grow our firm’s visibility, attract qualified candidates, and generate new client opportunities. This role will manage social media, create recruitment marketing campaigns, write and promote job postings, and develop content that highlights the value of our executive search and staffing services.

The coordinator will play an important role in engaging companies with hiring needs and encouraging them to partner with our firm to fill open positions. This is a hands-on role within a small firm, ideal for someone who is energetic, business-minded, and comfortable developing ideas and executing the details.

Key Responsibilities

Develop marketing and social media campaigns that increase brand awareness, client engagement, and new business opportunities.
Create content highlighting our recruiting expertise, successful searches, industry knowledge, and ability to help companies fill critical roles.
Identify and engage prospective companies that may benefit from our executive search and staffing services.
Manage the firm’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Write, post, and track compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
Promote open positions through social media, job boards, and other appropriate channels.
Publish content featuring market insights, hiring trends, leadership topics, company news, and recruiting best practices.
Develop calls to action that encourage prospective clients and candidates to connect with the firm.
Monitor social media engagement and identify potential client leads, networking opportunities, and candidate interest.
Research competitor activity, industry trends, executive movement, hiring needs, and prospective client companies.
Draft and edit newsletters, email campaigns, website content, blog posts, client announcements, and thought leadership pieces.
Track campaign performance, social media engagement, job-posting results, and lead activity.
Maintain content calendars, marketing trackers, contact lists, and campaign schedules.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, branding, lead generation, or a related field.
Experience managing LinkedIn for a company, executive, or professional services organization (executive search /staffing preferred)
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience creating content that supports business development and generates customer engagement.
Ability to write compelling job descriptions and recruitment-focused social media content.
Creative and proactive, with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and recommendations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Comfortable working independently in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience in staffing, recruiting, professional services, or B2B marketing is a plus.
