Noah’s Ark is a family owned restaurant started lmost 40 years ago for an ever growing community that needed a kosher, family friendly restaurant to enjoy a Ginormous burger or a Hot & Juicy Pastrami sandwich alongside a delicious glass of wine. We are looking to have someone join our team as a manager. Things that set us apart from other restaurants…no Friday nights or Saturdays(!!!), tips, free uniforms, free daily meal, and the occasional celebrity visit. The majority of our staff has been with us for 5+ years and we love adding new members to our family!

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and elevate the guest experience. In this vital role, you will oversee daily guest interactions, manage front desk activities, and ensure that every visitor receives exceptional hospitality. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, coordinate guest services, and uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service consistently.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, providing effective solutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs swiftly and thoroughly.
Foster positive guest relations by engaging with visitors, creating a welcoming environment for diverse clientele.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or food management roles with strong knowledge of front desk operations.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Familiarity with catering experience
Strong organizational skills to manage multi-line phone systems and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills essential for professional guest interactions.
Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest relations practices, and customer service management software tools.
