Job Duties
- Concrete grinding and polishing
- Surface prep and coating removal
- Epoxy and decorative concrete installations
- Operating grinders, vacuums, burnishers, and hand tools
- Maintaining clean and organized jobsites
- Following all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
- Working efficiently with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred
- Concrete polishing or flooring experience is a plus
- OSHA certification preferred
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be willing to wear PPE at all times
- Must be able to perform physical labor and lift equipment/materials
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
