Full Job Description

Role Summary: Linx is looking for an office manager / bookkeeper who can help run the office and support our accountant with day-to-day tasks and data entry.

Tasks:

Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions
Preparing and filing financial documents
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Fact-checking accounting data
Reconciling company accounts
Processing payroll and tracking payroll data
Assisting with tax payments and returns
Working with staff accountants as needed
Liaise with vendors and customers on invoices and payments
Manage office support vendors
Order supplies on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Accounting
2+ years experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
Experience with billing and invoicing business customers and application of payments received
Experience supporting procurement and purchasing process, including but not limited to vendor maintenance, purchase order entry, inventory management
Experience in accounts payable workflow including invoice matching, payment processing, and reconciliation
Ability to self direct and independently work
Good verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in MS Office Suite
Fast learner
Detail oriented
Collaborates well with others

Work environment: Hybrid work environment with regular onsite work required. This operations role is bookkeeping heavy and supports a new but mature "smart factory" producing essential goods at high volume, driven by self-integrated Industry 4.0 technology.
