KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for Sr. Recruiter, Enterprise Human Data (IC) - High-Volume GTM, Operations, Finance & Technology Hiring
About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing, profitable AI technology company building infrastructure that connects specialized human expertise with advanced AI systems. Its platform supports leading enterprises and AI organizations as they develop, evaluate, train, and deploy intelligent models and agents.
The company is helping create a new category of work in which human expertise directly contributes to AI advancement. Employees work alongside researchers, operators, domain experts, and technology companies at the forefront of developing systems that are reshaping how organizations operate.
This is an ambitious, fast-moving, and deeply committed team operating in a high-growth environment. Employees work in person five days per week from the company's San Francisco or New York City offices.
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, full-cycle Recruiter to support one of the company's fastest-growing enterprise divisions. This team delivers human-powered AI evaluation and training solutions for major enterprises and leading AI organizations putting intelligent agents into production.
You will own recruiting from sourcing through close for the account owners, project leaders, engineers, operators, and support functions needed to scale the organization significantly over the coming year.
This is an individual-contributor execution role with a true zero-to-one opportunity. You will help establish the foundation for how the division recruits, but the immediate priority is delivering hires-not stepping away from execution to focus primarily on recruiting strategy or process design.
The environment is fast-paced, high-volume, and highly accountable. The successful candidate will personally source and engage talent, maintain significant outbound and candidate-call activity, move searches forward quickly, and consistently close high-caliber candidates against aggressive, non-negotiable timelines.
This position is based in the San Francisco office, which is strongly preferred. Exceptional candidates may be considered for the New York City office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with five days per week in the office and the expectation of long hours when required by the hiring mandate.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting-from sourcing and initial outreach through assessment, offer, and close-for individual-contributor and leadership positions across the enterprise organization.
- Recruit across a broad range of commercial and technical profiles, including Engagement Managers, Strategic Project Leads, Associates, applied AI and code-delivery engineers, account owners, operators, and supporting functions.
- Support hiring across commercial, operations, GTM, finance, business, engineering, applied AI, and other specialized functional teams as the division expands.
- Personally drive high-volume sourcing, outbound outreach, candidate calls, pipeline development, interview coordination, offer management, and closing activity.
- Build a strong top-of-funnel through creative outbound sourcing, referrals, talent mapping, market intelligence, targeted campaigns, recruiting events, and other proactive channels.
- Partner directly with company leadership, General Managers, Engagement Managers, Account Leads, Strategic Project Leads, and other hiring leaders to map hiring needs, define profiles, calibrate the hiring bar, and move searches forward.
- Translate rapidly changing business needs into actionable recruiting strategies and adjust quickly as priorities, hiring profiles, and organizational requirements evolve.
- Evaluate candidates from high-growth startups and other high-talent-density organizations known for demanding hiring standards and exceptional employee quality.
- Assess candidates for performance, trajectory, professional stability, motivation, adaptability, and the ability to succeed in a high-intensity startup environment.
- Represent the company externally as a credible and compelling ambassador to senior candidates weighing highly competitive opportunities across the technology and AI markets.
- Clearly communicate the company's mission, business model, growth trajectory, expectations, and employee value proposition while maintaining an accurate and high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage candidates through fast-moving interview processes and proactively address compensation, competing opportunities, timing, motivation, and closing risks.
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing, candidate leveling, evidence-based evaluation, and disciplined hiring decisions.
- Drive same-day debriefs, rapid feedback, expedited offers, and other recruiting service-level expectations necessary to compete for exceptional talent.
- Build, implement, and continually improve practical recruiting systems while remaining deeply involved in daily execution.
- Track, analyze, and improve critical recruiting funnel metrics, including:
- Sourcing and outbound activity.
- Candidate response and conversion rates.
- Pass-through rates.
- Time in stage.
- Time to fill.
- Source yield.
- Interview-to-offer ratios.
- Offer-acceptance rates.
- Fill rates.
- Identify bottlenecks and use data to improve sourcing effectiveness, interview velocity, hiring quality, and overall recruiting outcomes.
- Collaborate on recruiting dashboards, reporting, process automation, and workflow improvements using Ashby and other recruiting and talent-intelligence systems.
- Help build the company's employer brand through candidate campaigns, referrals, events, market engagement, and consistent representation of its hiring standards and mission.
- Bring structure and operational rigor to an evolving environment without creating unnecessary processes or slowing execution.
- Take full ownership of assigned hiring outcomes and hold yourself accountable to an exceptionally high standard of quality, speed, responsiveness, and follow-through.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success owning full-cycle recruiting across individual-contributor and leadership roles.
- A highly execution-oriented recruiter who personally sources, conducts outbound outreach, screens candidates, manages interview processes, negotiates offers, and closes hires.
- Experience operating in a high-volume recruiting environment with substantial sourcing, outbound, and candidate-call activity.
- A track record of hiring against aggressive, non-negotiable timelines while maintaining an exceptionally high talent bar.
- Generalist recruiting breadth across commercial, GTM, enterprise sales, account management, operations, finance, business, project leadership, engineering, applied AI, and other corporate functions.
- Familiarity with both commercial and technical hiring, including sales, account management, engineering, and applied AI profiles.
- Candidates should not be narrowly specialized in one recruiting niche without demonstrated success hiring across multiple functions.
- Experience working in high-growth startups and/or recognized, high-talent-density companies with rigorous hiring standards.
- Strong sourcing instincts and the ability to identify, engage, and close highly sought-after passive candidates.
- Ability to partner credibly and efficiently with General Managers, Account Leads, hiring managers, and company leadership.
- Proven ability to build and scale practical hiring systems, identify meaningful funnel metrics, and use data to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Ability to introduce structure, processes, and continual improvements while remaining personally involved in daily recruiting execution.
- This is not a position for someone seeking to focus primarily on strategy, organizational design, or recruiting-process architecture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to represent a high-growth AI company to senior candidates considering highly competitive opportunities.
- A proactive, high-motor, outcome-oriented working style with the ability to sustain urgency across multiple concurrent searches.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, limited structure, evolving requirements, frequent changes in business priorities, and long hours when necessary.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Evidence of stable professional tenure and sustained impact within previous organizations. One isolated short tenure is understandable, but repeated roles lasting fewer than two years will be a concern.
- Familiarity with Ashby or the ability to quickly adopt new recruiting technologies, tools, and workflows.
- Comfort with the pace this mandate requires: six days a week (five in person), long hours, based in SF (preferred) or NYC
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting within a rapidly scaling startup or similarly high-growth company.
- Experience recruiting for both GTM/enterprise sales and technical/applied AI organizations.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Juicebox, or comparable sourcing, ATS, and talent-intelligence platforms.
- Interest in human data, artificial general intelligence, frontier AI models, and the evolving relationship between human expertise and AI systems.
- A strong academic record / education
- Demonstrated success attracting candidates from highly selective, high-performance organizations.
- Ideal Qualities
- Agility and adaptability: You move quickly, adjust to business changes, and maintain strong hiring outcomes even when priorities or profiles shift.
- Operational rigor: You bring structure, discipline, and measurable accountability to an unstructured environment without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

- Commitment to outcomes: You take ownership of results, maintain urgency, and hold yourself accountable to an exceptionally high standard of work.
- Love for the craft: You genuinely enjoy sourcing, recruiting, assessing, and closing exceptional candidates. You bring a low-ego approach and want to help build a best-in-class talent-acquisition function while remaining personally involved in execution.
