Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Chiropractor to join our healthcare team, committed to improving patient well-being through expert musculoskeletal care. In this role, you will provide comprehensive chiropractic services, utilizing your expertise in biomechanics, physical assessments, and evidence-based practices to deliver effective treatment plans. Your focus will be on diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions, alleviating pain, and promoting overall health through manual therapy and patient-centered care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient observations, physical assessments, and examinations to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal issues.
Develop personalized care plans based on detailed patient assessments, integrating chiropractic diversified techniques and manual therapy.
Manage acute pain episodes effectively through evidence-based pain management strategies and trigger point therapy.
Perform physical diagnostics using medical imaging insights and musculoskeletal diagnostics to inform treatment decisions.
Provide patient education on anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and injury prevention to foster active participation in rehabilitation.
Document all patient interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately within EMR/EHR systems.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care, including occupational health initiatives and primary care support.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the musculoskeletal system essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
Proficiency in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and physical examinations.
Experience with pain medicine approaches and patient rehabilitation strategies to optimize recovery outcomes.
Ability to perform thorough physical assessments and utilize medical imaging for precise diagnostics.
Excellent client communication skills to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans clearly and compassionately.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to healthcare diagnosis and treatment planning.
Competence in managing EMR/EHR documentation efficiently while maintaining patient confidentiality.
