Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

What You'll Do

Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed individual psychotherapy.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Help clients identify obstacles, set measurable goals, and achieve meaningful progress.
Treat healthcare professionals with a history of substance use disorders while integrating recovery-oriented principles, accountability, and individualized therapeutic interventions.
Utilize approaches such as EMDR, IFS, CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and other modalities consistent with your training.
Collaborate with our clinical team.
Complete accurate, timely documentation.
Maintain concierge-level professionalism, communication, and responsiveness.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Help clients identify obstacles, set measurable goals, and achieve meaningful progress.
Utilize approaches such as EMDR, IFS, CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and other modalities consistent with your training.
Collaborate with our clinical team.
Complete accurate, timely documentation.
Maintain concierge-level professionalism, communication, and responsiveness.
Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
CAADC, and business acumen is a plus
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
Experience treating trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and/or substance use preferred.
Demonstrate extensive experience treating substance use disorders, with a strong understanding of recovery principles, relapse processes, and the factors that support sustained recovery.
Training in EMDR, IFS, or other evidence-based modalities is highly valued.
