Provide daily care, encouragement, and skill-building support in residential and educational settings
Assist with personal care, daily living routines, and fostering independence at home

Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and teammates to create individualized care and learning plans
Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive
