Full Job Description

Job Summary- Training provided and no prior experience.
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental environment. This role requires strong communication skills. We will train!

This position requires that you travel between 2 locations:

Harleysville - Mondays and Wedesdays 8-5pm (444 Main Street Harleysville, PA 19438)
Devon - Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-5pm (410 W. Lancaster Ave, Devon, PA 19333)

Duties

We will TRAIN- NO experience needed

Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to appropriate staff members.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance verification processes.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with dental billing.
Handle dental collections.
Process patient intake forms and ensure all necessary information is collected.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate care plans and ensure smooth operations within the clinic.

Qualifications

Great customer Service and love working with people.
computer skills ,typing skills are required.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review. We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding patient service to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
