Position Summary:

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join a leading global financial services organization with operations across North America and international markets. This hybrid, contract-to-hire opportunity supports a broad range of People & Culture initiatives, delivering exceptional employee experiences through HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and process improvement.

This is a hybrid position working onsite 3 days a week in Oaks, PA.

Essential Duties:

Support HR Business Partner activities and employee lifecycle processes.
Coordinate onboarding, employee transitions, and offboarding activities.
Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and workflow processes.
Process HR transactions using Workday, Dayforce, ServiceNow, and related systems.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes using approved technology and AI tools.
Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum one year of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Onboarding, or a related HR function.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, or ServiceNow preferred.
Experience handling confidential employee information with integrity and professionalism.

Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

Experience using Workday, Dayforce, ServiceNow, or similar HRIS platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
Experience collecting, maintaining, and reporting HR data.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or other generative AI tools is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent employee experience.
Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous process improvement.

Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range:SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly rate for this role is $35.
