We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Processor/Loan Closer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor/Loan Closer to ensure the smooth progression of mortgage loan applications from initial documentation to final closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, review, and verify all required documentation from loan applicants.
Ensure applications are complete and accurate, meeting all lender requirements.
Prepare loan files for underwriting and ensure submission deadlines are met.
Place orders for title commitments and other services to support the loan application process.
Ensure all loan files comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies.
Prepare and review all necessary closing documents.
Obtain final loan approval from underwriters, ensuring all conditions are satisfied.
Ensure all closing documents are properly signed, recorded, and sent to the appropriate parties.
Manage the delivery of the final loan package to the lender or investor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-3 years in mortgage loan processing and/or closing preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
