Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations within our hospitality facilities. This role involves leading maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring all equipment and systems operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, and team leadership to support our commitment to outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate maintenance tasks across the facility, including HVAC, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
Diagnose and repair issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to minimize downtime.
Manage preventative maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electricians’ tools, and precision measuring instruments for accurate diagnostics.
Perform low voltage electrical work, and high voltage troubleshooting as required.
Oversee the use of field service tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to conduct electrical analysis.
Ensure compliance with safety standards including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
Supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance on technical tasks and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with vendors for technical sales support and parts procurement to maintain operational efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety checks.

Experience

Proven experience in industrial mechanic work within manufacturing or hospitality facilities.
Strong electrical experience with knowledge of low voltage systems, high voltage safety protocols, schematics interpretation, and industrial electrician skills.
Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with field service operations in manufacturing or industrial settings is highly desirable.
Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation to address internal stakeholder needs effectively.
