Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with new business development initiatives, including identifying and securing new sales opportunities, developing retail and vendor relationships, assisting with wholesale and boutique outreach, expanding brand visibility, and helping generate new business opportunities.

2. Take dictation on formal correspondence from the President of RemacUSA, Inc. and Humana Products, Inc. on Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word and Excel.

2. Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities by monitoring bid platforms, procurement websites, and industry sources for demolition, excavation, and recycling projects. Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, government agencies, property owners, engineers, consultants, and other key industry stake holders to expand RemacUSA, Inc.’s market presence and generate new business opportunities.

3. Maintain The Soresi Group’s subsidiaries’ websites, particularly Humana Products, Inc. and RemacUSA, Inc.

4. Maintain The Soresi Group’s subsidiaries’ social media accounts, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.

5. Capture high-quality photography for industrial demolition and and environmental operations, including product photography, content, project photography, social media campaigns, website imagery, and promotional materials for both Humana Products, Inc. and RemacUSA, Inc.

6. Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational responsibilities, including coordinating schedules, organizing marketing materials, maintaining conﬁdential records, supporting executive initiatives, and helping ensure day-to-day business activities remain organized and efficient.

7. Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, proposals, and other business documents with exceptional accuracy, utilizing strong typing, spelling, grammar, and dictation skills.

Experience:

1. Advanced proﬁciency in typing, dictation, and written business communication is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to accurately capture verbal instructions, draft professional emails and reports, and maintain a high degree of accuracy with minimal editing or supervision.

2. Applicants with experience in social media marketing, entrepreneurial sales, website content management, email marketing campaigns, and client-facing business development will be strongly considered.

3. Prior sales and business development experience is required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients, generating leads, building relationships, etc. He/she should bring an entrepreneurial and sales approach.

4. Prior experience in photography, content creation, branding, or digital marketing is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess the ability to create visually compelling content adaptable to both luxury consumer brands and industrial/demolition environments.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated experience in business development, sales support, marketing, customer relationship management, or administrative coordination.

2. Demonstrated experience in taking dictation and writing, editing, and submitting formal correspondence on behalf of C-level Suite Executives.

3. Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, government agencies, vendors, and industry stakeholders.

4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence, proposal preparation, and business document creation.

5. Advanced proﬁciency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Drive.

6. Experience managing company websites, including updating content, maintaining social media and website pages, and coordinating with web developers or hosting providers.

7. Proﬁciency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

7. Ability to create, edit, and publish such marketing materials as newsletters, presentations, and social media content.

8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

9. Exceptional typing, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and dictation skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A range of 70 to 80 WPM is required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
