Full Job Description

We are a busy, patient-focused Prosthetics & Orthotics practice in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, seeking a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) or Board-Eligible Prosthetist/Orthotist to join our growing clinical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values quality patient care, possesses strong technical skills, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day.

About the Position

As a member of our clinical team, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, design and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices, and provide ongoing follow-up care to optimize patient outcomes. You'll work closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals while helping to grow and strengthen our referral relationships throughout the community.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic treatment plans
Measure, cast, scan, fit, and adjust custom prosthetic and orthotic devices
Educate patients and caregivers on device use and care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with payer requirements
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and referral sources
Participate in practice growth through exceptional patient service and relationship development
Stay current with industry advancements and evidence-based clinical practices

Qualifications

ABC Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) or Board-Eligible Prosthetist/Orthotist
Eligible for Pennsylvania & NJ Licensure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong clinical decision-making and organizational abilities
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
