Rehab Assistant & Scribe

Newburyport, MA
Full-Time

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered chiropractic practice focused on helping patients heal, function, and transform. We are looking for a reliable, motivated Clinical Rehab Assistant to support our rehab and decompression programs and help maintain a smooth, positive patient experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an active environment, and takes pride in being part of a high-performing, supportive team.

**Preferred experience: Candidates who have worked in a physical therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic or medical assisting setting and have hands-on experience working with patients. Medical scribe experience a plus!

What You’ll Do:

Guide patients through rehab exercises and therapeutic programs
Assist with spinal decompression setup and monitoring
Support in-office therapies (EMS, ultrasound, red light and laser therapy, etc.)
Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
Assist with basic clinical documentation and communication
Perform basic exam procedures: range of motion, blood pressure, posture screening

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):

Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or healthcare
Experience in a clinical, rehab, or fitness setting

Schedule:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based increases.
