ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The company is an international service-oriented business in the health, wellness, and beauty industry. Our core mission is to provide an upscale experience offering superior service to our clientele in the health, wellness, and beauty industries.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced multi-unit Manager to join our dynamic team. Regional Managers are responsible for the following core duties at 5-7 locations in Los Angeles County.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

Manage the sales process, including sourcing, developing, and finalizing transactions for multiple locations
Execute local marketing tactics to build the sales pipeline within the LA County Market area market
Manage the company’s CRM software on sales leads weekly

OPERATIONS:

Recruit, develop, and oversee a team of local site-level managers
Oversee the maintenance plan for locations within the market
Survey competitors for pricing and service levels periodically
Monitor cleanliness at each location
Build a strong culture among the team and the clientele
Working with the team to confirm supply levels
Interfacing with vendors that service the locations
Inspect locations every week to maintain company standards
Oversee dispute resolutions as necessary
Build/maintain a positive working relationship with the property management teams
Organize quarterly appreciation events
Other duties required by management from time to time

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

3+ years of property management experience
Experience with sales/business development
Team player with strong leadership and supervisory/management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and administrative skills
Flexible and available to work varied hours and days, including evenings and weekends if necessary
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
90% local travel required, roaming field position
