THE HONEST PICTURE

This is a real career, not passive income. Our first-year agents average 12–15 transactions and roughly $50,000.00 in commissions paid to them — but that's an average of people who worked at it full-time, took the training seriously, and followed the system. By Year 2, hardworking agents here average $75,000.00–$95,000.00 as referrals build on top of the lead pipeline. If you're looking for a side hustle, this isn't it.

One more thing nobody tells you up front: real estate agents are independent contractors, not employees. You'd be paid on a 1099, so that $50,000.00 is what comes to you before taxes and your own business costs — and you set your own schedule because you're running your own business, with our name, training, and pipeline behind it.
