Full Job Description

EXAMPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

· Perform “handyman” and maintenance services to ensure the upkeep of buildings on the Estate.

· Work with or perform head gardener duties to maintain ornate estate property.

· Manage your time to balance between gardening season and household duties, helping the head gardener in maintaining the estate grounds, including lawn mowing, fall and spring clean ups, mulch spreading, weeding, etc.

· Serve dinner (when the family are in residence).

· Care for dogs (feeding, bathing, walking, clean-up, etc.).

· Snow and ice removal as needed to compliment/maintain work done by contractors.

· Run errands in local area as requested and/or scheduled (laundry pick-up, etc.)

· Drive to and from the airport, functions and/or appointments as may be needed.

· Wash cars whenever dirty

· Provide basic maintenance for automobiles, hand and power tools, and other equipment.

· Arrange for and/or oversee outside service providers (e.g., landscapers, gardeners, plumbers, etc.) as may be needed.

· House cleaning

Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong Lawn care background, arborist prefered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
