Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and proficient in office management, with a passion for creating a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues alike. Your positive attitude and technical skills will help streamline office workflows, manage communications effectively, and support various administrative functions to keep our organization running efficiently.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly while managing front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and providing excellent customer service
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software
Maintain organized digital filing systems to ensure quick access to important documents
Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and office equipment maintenance
Provide administrative support to team members
Handle client communication with professionalism via phone or email while practicing excellent phone etiquette

Experience

Proven clerical experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and productivity software
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and customer service best practices
Computer literacy including data entry, file management, and technical proficiency in office tools
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with an emphasis on professionalism and customer support
