Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Virtual Learning Coordinator to lead the development, implementation, and management of innovative online educational programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape virtual learning experiences, collaborate with academic teams, and support student success across diverse disciplines. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for education, strong project management skills, and a proactive approach to fostering engaging digital learning environments. As a vital part of our educational team, you will drive initiatives that enhance accessibility, quality, and impact of virtual education offerings.

Duties

Coordinate the design and delivery of online courses and training modules, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and learning objectives
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of virtual program initiatives
Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and technical staff to develop engaging curricula tailored for digital platforms
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of instructors and teaching assistants involved in virtual programs
Write grant proposals to secure funding for innovative e-learning projects and research initiatives
Provide academic advising and support to students enrolled in online courses, addressing their needs and promoting retention
Conduct research on emerging trends in online education and incorporate best practices into program development

Experience

Proven experience in project management within an educational or administrative setting
Strong background in curriculum development, higher education teaching, or education administration
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and foster collaborative environments
Experience with grant proposal writing and managing budgets for educational projects
Familiarity with university systems, research methodologies, and academic advising processes
Working knowledge of recruiting processes for faculty or instructional staff involved in virtual learning programs
Prior experience working directly with students in an academic context, including higher education teaching or student support roles
