Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this vital role, you will oversee the cleanliness, and organization of our hospitality environment, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver top-tier service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise in hospitality and custodial management, driving operational excellence across all housekeeping functions.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with industry best practices.
Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event setups that require meticulous attention to detail.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Skills

Extensive experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning procedures.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
Familiarity with janitorial equipment, cleaning supplies, and inventory management systems.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments seamlessly.
