Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay begins with a warm welcome and seamless service. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will shine as you manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins, all while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our resort or hotel operation, delivering memorable guest services that foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with promptness and a positive attitude.
Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers and direct inquiries appropriately.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences to enhance personalized service.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management review.
Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest engagement and satisfaction.
Support guest relations efforts by resolving issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring every visitor feels valued.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling reservations and guest information.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for resort or hotel operations.
Previous experience in night audit or related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
