Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while showcasing your culinary, beverage, and hospitality expertise. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming atmosphere
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions
Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail service, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage presentation
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions and product knowledge
Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling, preparation, and timely delivery of orders
Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support team members in busy service periods

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is preferred
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods
Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Previous experience in serving, bussing, cashiering or host/hostess roles is advantageous
Culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial but not required
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience
