Mitigation Specialist

Water Damage Restoration Carpet Cleaning Fire & Smoke Mold Remediation

For 34 years, Billings Carpet & Water Damage Restoration has been helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage throughout Billings and the surrounding communities.

We're a locally owned, family-oriented company looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy helping people, and who want to build a long-term career.

Whether you're an experienced restoration professional or someone looking to learn a skilled trade, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

As part of our team, you'll perform a variety of restoration and cleaning services, including:

Water damage mitigation and structural drying
Fire and smoke restoration
Mold remediation
Equipment setup, monitoring, and removal
Moisture documentation and job reporting
Communicating with homeowners, adjusters, and property managers
Maintaining company vehicles and equipment
Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency services
Carpet and upholstery cleaning

Experienced applicants may also assist with training team members, coordinating projects, and helping improve daily operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are:

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in water damage restoration, fire & smoke damage, carpet cleaning, construction, remodeling, or a related industry
IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, CCT) are preferred but not required
Experience with Encircle or Xactimate is a plus
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
