Responsibilities

✅ Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program to rapidly develop essential skills
Assist sales agents by expertly guiding clients through home showings
- Real estate agent centric mindset
Offer clear, constructive feedback to help clients refine their home search
✍️ Prepare and negotiate offers with confidence to facilitate smooth transactions
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
Participate in weekly script practice sessions to enhance communication skills
Engage in team events to foster collaboration and strengthen company culture
Commit to continuous real estate agent growth through regular coaching and training
Utilize PLACE Technology tools to efficiently track and manage tasks

Qualifications

Passionate about engaging with people and cultivating strong, professional relationships
Motivated by a desire to support others while advancing personal growth in real estate and leadership
Outgoing and client-centered
- Energetic with a consistently positive and upbeat demeanor
Comfortable spending extensive time traveling
Skilled at identifying clients’ needs and matching them with ideal homes
Eager to learn and committed to continuous improvement
Ambitious self-starter with a proven record of success
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid real estate license, Showing Partner experience preferred (but not required)
