Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring efficient office functionality. This position requires strong customer support skills, proficiency in phone systems, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Adobe. If you are a proactive individual with excellent time management abilities and a knack for clerical tasks, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining files, managing office supplies, light office cleaning duties, managing drop shipments.
Utilize Office 365 tools for document creation, data entry, and collaboration with team members.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Support clerical duties including filing, data organization, and record keeping.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
Completing submittal packages accurately and effeciantly the first time.

Qualifications

Strong customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
Proficient in Office 365 Applications.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Very strong attention to detail for proofreading and clerical tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
