Heart of Grace Home Care is seeking an experienced, motivated Branch Administrator to oversee the daily operations of one of our growing home care branches. This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys developing teams, building community relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional care for every client.
This is an hourly, full-time position that combines leadership, operations, business development, and occasional direct client care.

Position Summary
The Branch Administrator is responsible for overseeing branch operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising staff, supporting caregivers, growing referral relationships, and ensuring high-quality client care. This position also requires the ability to step in and provide direct client care when operational needs require it.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperations & Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team.
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicaid requirements, HIPAA, and company policies.
- Monitor caregiver scheduling, personnel files, documentation, and operational processes.
- Resolve client and caregiver concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain emergency preparedness plans, incident reporting, and regulatory documentation.
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Client Care Responsibilities
Client care is a vital component of this position. The Branch Administrator must be willing and able to provide hands-on care when necessary to ensure continuity of services.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care services to clients.
- Assisting bedbound clients with activities of daily living.
- Safely using Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Providing companionship and supervision.
- Transporting clients to appointments and community activities when appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate documentation during client visits.
Business Development (Three or More Days Per Week)
Growing the branch is a key responsibility of this role.
The Branch Administrator will spend three or more days each week conducting community outreach and marketing activities, including:
- Building relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, senior centers, and other referral partners.
- Completing 10–15 meaningful in-person marketing visits each business development day.
- Developing new referral sources and increasing client census.
- Representing Heart of Grace Home Care at networking events and community outreach activities.
- Executing growth strategies that increase revenue and community presence.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Employees who meet or exceed established KPI goals are eligible for the quarterly performance bonus program.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Leadership experience in home care, home health, hospice, healthcare staffing, or a related healthcare setting.
- Experience providing hands-on personal care to clients.
- Experience caring for bedbound clients.
- Experience operating Hoyer lifts and other assistive equipment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using KPIs and performance metrics to improve operational performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare software.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing, client visits, and community outreach.
