Work Location: In person
Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
Hours: Approximately 35 working hours per week
Compensation: Starting salary, weekly bonuses, and an earned commission opportunity
Expected Annual Compensation: $50,000–$125,000 based on performance, advancement, bonuses, and compensation-plan eligibility

Market Expansion Opportunity
Jacobs Marketing Solutions is preparing for continued expansion throughout Southern Mississippi, Florida, and Texas during 2026 and 2027.

Compensation and Development ProgramStarting Salary Track
Every new Account Representative begins on our paid salary-development track.
The starting salary structure allows new representatives to learn our company systems, products, customer-service expectations, territory strategy, and sales process while receiving structured compensation.
- Week 1: $500 base pay plus eligible weekly bonuses
- Weeks 2–4: $700 base pay plus eligible weekly bonuses
- Week 5 and beyond: Qualified representatives may advance to a $1,000 weekly base salary plus eligible weekly bonuses after completing training and meeting performance requirements
- Weekly bonus opportunities: Approximately $425–$900 when earned
- Annual earnings potential: Approximately $50,000 or more after successful progression through the development program
Compensation progression is based on attendance, performance, completion of training requirements, time management, professionalism, and consistently meeting company standards.
Bonuses and progression are performance-based and are not guaranteed.
Earned Commission Track
The commission track is not the starting compensation plan. It is an earned opportunity for representatives who successfully complete training and demonstrate consistent performance.
Qualified representatives may become eligible to transition from salary into an uncapped commission structure.
- Established representatives may target approximately $1,250 or more in weekly commissions based on completed production
- Weekly performance bonuses of approximately $500 or more may be available when earned
- Annual earnings potential of $75,000 or more for established commission representatives
- High-performing representatives may experience exceptional production weeks ranging from approximately $3,500–$5,000
- Additional weekly, monthly, financial, recognition, and travel incentives may be available
Commission earnings vary based on completed production, customer installations, eligibility requirements, and individual performance. No specific commission or bonus amount is guaranteed.

What You’ll Do
As an Account Representative, you will:
- Conduct in-person consultations with residential customers in assigned territories
- Present available AT&T fiber internet, wireless, and television options
- Help prospective and existing customers understand available products and service options
- Recommend services based on customer needs and product availability
- Assist customers throughout enrollment, installation, and activation
- Follow up with customers when necessary to support a positive experience
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and territory information
- Participate in daily coaching, product training, and professional-development sessions
- Develop communication, customer-service, territory-management, sales, and leadership skills
- Begin training and supporting new representatives after mastering the position and becoming eligible for leadership responsibilities
Residential territories and lead information are provided. This position does not involve telephone cold calling. It is an in-person role that requires working directly with customers in assigned residential territories.
Work Expectations and Schedule
- Typical schedule window is approximately 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
- The position averages approximately 35 working hours per week within that schedule
- Daily responsibilities include office training and development followed by customer consultations in assigned residential territories
- Representatives typically complete approximately two hours of office training and development before transitioning into the field
- Daily travel throughout assigned Mississippi Gulf Coast territories is required
- Representatives must be comfortable walking residential neighborhoods, working outdoors, and speaking with customers face-to-face
- Some Saturday field time may be required when weekly company standards or individual performance benchmarks are not met
- Additional hours may occasionally be required based on training, customer appointments, performance standards, or business needs

Approximately 6–14 Months
Qualified representatives may become eligible to:
- Advance into leadership or management development
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Train and develop newer representatives
- Help manage team performance and territory strategy
- Participate in expansion planning and market-development opportunities
Approximately 18–24 Months
Qualified leaders may have opportunities to:
- Oversee their own team
- Assist with managing client campaigns
- Help support new market launches
- Participate in advanced business and management development
- Prepare for increased operational and leadership responsibilities

- Be comfortable working in residential field territories
- Be comfortable working outdoors and remaining active throughout the day
- Have access to a reliable working smartphone
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Be willing and able to complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Be willing and able to complete a job-related criminal background check consistent with applicable law and company or client requirements
