Salary Range: $10.00 per hour

Requirements

Professional and clear communication skills over the phone.
Comfortable working in an office environment in Gautier, Mississippi.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn our unique approach to insurance.
Basic computer literacy for logging calls and managing simple data.
Prior experience in customer service or outbound calling is helpful but not strictly required.
Strong organizational habits to manage daily outreach tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Initiate friendly, helpful conversations with potential clients to introduce our insurance services.
Maintain an accurate log of your outreach efforts and follow-up activities.
Listen carefully to the needs of the community and direct them toward the right protection options.
Coordinate with the rest of the office to hand off interested leads to licensed agents.
Continuously seek ways to improve your outreach methods to better connect with local families.
