Your responsibility is to create an experience that makes customers feel respected, informed, appreciated, and confident in their decision to call High Tide Plumbing.
Build Relationships

Your Responsibilities
- Follow ServiceTitan workflow
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Build and present estimates
- Work closely with your Field Supervisor
- Perform work the same day whenever possible
- Collect payment
- Take detailed jobsite photos
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Uphold company uniform standards
- Minimize callbacks
- Own and resolve any callbacks that occur
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
