Primary Responsibilities

Complete Accounts Payable activities
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks®
Maintain vendors, resources, and subcontractors
Update spreadsheets
Update subcontractor documentation
Invoice analysis and compliance
Vendor/ Subcontractor Credentialing and relationship building
Assist with Budget creation and monitoring in departments.
Perform general bookkeeping activities as assigned.
Perform general office duties including answering phones, rendering customer assistance, accepting payments, etc.
Additional tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements

2+ year(s) of experience with QuickBooks Pro® (most recent versions)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to multi-task
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn new software
Associate Degree or higher
3+ Years Bookkeeping Experience

Compensation & Benefits

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m – 5 p.m., additional time as needed.
