Oral Surgeon – $500K–$790K+ | Busy Private Practice | 2–3 Days/Week

Step into an established, referral-driven oral surgery practice with immediate demand.

Oral Surgery Associates of the Southern Tier is a well-respected private practice seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our team as our current surgeon transitions to part-time. This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy surgical schedule supported by a loyal referral base, experienced clinical team, and integrated restorative partners.

Your Surgical Focus

You’ll thrive in this role by:

Performing a broad scope of oral surgery procedures, including extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, and exposure of impacted teeth
Providing IV sedation and anesthesia with a focus on patient comfort and safety
Collaborating on complex interdisciplinary cases, including full-arch rehabilitation
Utilizing digital diagnostics and precision-guided surgical tools
Delivering efficient, compassionate, patient-centered care in a private practice setting

Qualifications

DDS/DMD with completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
Experience and certification in IV sedation required
2+ years of experience preferred; strong recent graduates encouraged to apply
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Commitment to high clinical standards and ethical, patient-first care
