We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join a dynamic litigation team and contribute to a high-performing practice. This attorney will work on a diverse caseload and is ideal for someone who wants to actively litigate and is eager to grow within a collaborative environment that values responsiveness, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload including products liability, medical malpractice, trucking/transportation, and general commercial litigation.
Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
Draft pleadings, options, and other legal documents.
Communicate regularly with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to ensure matters are progressing efficiently.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of litigation experience required.
Strong interest in litigation and active case handling.
Exceptional responsiveness and communication skills - accessibility and reliability are critical in this role.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
