Compensation:

$70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through professional and engaging phone conversations.
Assist clients in understanding available benefit options and answer questions with confidence and clarity.
Build strong relationships by actively listening, identifying customer needs, and providing personalized support.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain confidential client information.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while delivering a positive and professional experience.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and share best practices.
Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and communication skills.
Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
