Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment for guests, manage multi-line phone systems, and coordinate with various hotel departments to maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities

Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and guest services.
Oversee reservation management using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating via multi-line phone systems, providing clear information and courteous service.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments to address guest needs promptly.
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review.
Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and operational continuity at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or front office operations within a hotel or resort environment.
Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS).
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication.
Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and front desk protocols.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette.
Prior experience managing night audit processes and handling multi-line phone systems is preferred.
