This is a initially part-time position (4 hours per day, Monday–Friday, between 8:00am–12:00pm). Opportunity to grow into full time position for the right person. $15-16/hr

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Telemarketer/Recruiter, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM! In this energetic role, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with potential clients and candidates through outbound calls to generate interest, build relationships, and recruit top talent. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and communication skills while supporting our business development efforts. Your enthusiasm and persuasive abilities will help drive our growth and success in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for someone who can:

Make outbound business development calls (telemarketing)
Speak confidently with decision-makers
Set appointments and generate leads
Transition into recruiting and hiring support
Communicate clearly and professionally

Initially, this role will focus heavily on outbound telemarketing and appointment setting. As the opportunity increases, the position will expand to include recruiting responsibilities, including contacting applicants and screening candidates. This position can quickly grow into a full-time position if desired.

What You’ll Be Doing Phase 1 – Business Development Focus

Making outbound calls to businesses
Introducing our commercial cleaning services
Handling objections professionally
Setting appointments for our sales team
Tracking calls and outcomes

Phase 2 – Recruiting Expansion

This phase can be he potential expansion to full-time if desired
Calling job applicants
Conducting basic phone screenings
Scheduling interviews
Assisting with hiring coordination

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable making phone calls
Strong verbal communication skills
Professional and confident speaking voice
Organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and reliable
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM helpful)

Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or recruiting is strongly preferred.

Schedule

4-hour shift between 8:00am–12:00pm
Compensation: $15-$16/hr
Monday through Friday
No evenings, weekends, or overtime at this time

This position includes performance-based bonuses.

Employees will receive a bonus for every qualified appointment that is successfully scheduled for our sales team.
