Full Job Description

Consultants are trusted business advisors who work closely with our clients to understand their goals, improve their business processes, and implement Salesforce and HubSpot solutions that drive real results. They lead client meetings, mentor clients and team members on best practices, and own the success of every engagement — pairing deep business-consulting judgment with strong technical expertise.

Our consultants use AI every day to map and improve business processes, architect and configure Salesforce and HubSpot solutions, accelerate builds, and manage projects — so we can move faster and deliver more for our clients. We’re looking for consultants who are genuinely excited to work alongside AI tools and who keep sharpening how they use them. AI doesn’t replace the expert consulting work we do; it amplifies our skilled people and frees them to focus on the high-value, strategic problems that matter most to our clients.

General Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary consultant on a wide variety of projects, acting as a trusted business advisor — not just an implementer — to every client.
Manage project teams including software developers and implementation specialists with assistance from the Project Leader.
Maintain an efficient response time to client communications.
Plan customer calls and define weekly agenda topics with assistance from the Project Leader.
Lead weekly customer calls with limited assistance from the Project Leader.
Present Salesforce and HubSpot solutions to clients during customer calls.
Conduct internal debrief meetings immediately following each client call.
Execute and delegate project action items to the implementation specialist team.
Advise clients on business-process improvements before designing systems — diagnosing the underlying business problem and recommending the right solution, not just building to spec.
Architect and design software solutions.
Aid the Project Leader in managing customer expectations.
Aid the Project Leader in maintaining project timelines.
Create weekly project status reports, using AI to draft and assemble client-ready reporting.
Communicate with clients and project team members.
Attend daily team standup meetings to review the status of each project, discuss team workload, and collaborate on any complex problems.
Build complex software systems within the Salesforce and HubSpot platforms, using AI tools to accelerate configuration, generate and review solution designs, and document your work.
Build software solutions using many different technology stacks.
Apply AI across delivery and project-management workflows — meeting prep and summaries, action-item tracking, status reporting, and client documentation.
Design and implement complex databases.
Design solutions according to client needs and constraints.
Design and implement web-based, multi-tenant software solutions.
Implement quality assurance processes.
Identify risks and issues in order to prevent “fires” before they occur.
Work with agile and other methodologies.
Help identify and implement process improvements in order to improve our current processes and avoid repeating the same mistakes, including finding new and better ways to apply AI to how we deliver.

Estimated Percentage of Time:

Client interaction (co-leading meetings & communicating with clients): 40%
Delegation/working with team: 25%
Salesforce and/or HubSpot builds: 25%
Project scoping: 10%
