About the Role
Clear2 Mortgage is hiring a hands-on Salesforce Administrator / Developer to help own and improve our Salesforce environment.
We are looking for someone who can work from both the business side and the technical side. This is not a role for someone who only creates tickets, waits for direction, or needs multiple layers of coordination. We need someone who can understand a business problem, investigate what is happening in Salesforce, build or fix the solution, test it, and keep improving the system.
You will work directly inside Salesforce every day across administration, configuration, automation, reporting, data quality, integrations, user support, and light-to-intermediate development.
The right person will be strong with Salesforce admin work, comfortable with Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards, and troubleshooting, and able to read or write Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components when needed.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, operations, and technology partners to improve our CRM, lead flow, reporting accuracy, automation, and overall system performance.
What You Will Do
Manage and improve Salesforce using objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validation rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, assignment rules, and user setup.
Build, fix, and optimize Salesforce Flows, approval processes, workflow logic, formulas, alerts, task creation, lead routing, and other Salesforce automation.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, leadership, operations, conversion tracking, lead performance, user activity, and production outcomes.
Troubleshoot Salesforce errors, broken Flows, automation failures, user access issues, reporting problems, data issues, sync issues, and integration errors.
Support connected systems including Dialpad, Five9, phone systems, lead sources, data tools, and other CRM-related platforms.
Read, troubleshoot, and write basic-to-intermediate Apex, SOQL queries, triggers, test classes, and Lightning Web Components when custom functionality is needed.
Work with business users to gather requirements, understand the real problem, recommend a practical solution, and turn that solution into a working Salesforce improvement.
Identify bottlenecks, duplicate work, messy workflows, reporting gaps, and system inefficiencies, then help build better processes.
Support data quality, imports, exports, duplicate cleanup, automation monitoring, and general Salesforce system health.
Document changes, test updates, communicate progress, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
What We Are Looking For
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, configuration, and implementation experience.
Strong Salesforce Lightning experience.
Strong Salesforce Flow automation experience.
Experience with custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, users, permissions, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
Comfortable troubleshooting Salesforce errors, Flow failures, automation issues, user access problems, data issues, and reporting problems.
SOQL knowledge and the ability to investigate what is happening in the system.
Ability to understand business needs and turn them into practical Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Ownership mindset. You take initiative, solve problems, and move work forward without needing constant hand-holding.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent real-world experience.
Strong Plus
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, APIs, integrations, middleware, or custom Salesforce development.
Experience with Dialpad, Five9, call center tools, telephony integrations, lead routing, CRM automation, sales operations systems, or high-volume sales environments.
Experience in mortgage, lending, fintech, financial services, or another fast-paced sales-driven industry.
Who This Role Is Best For
This role is best for someone who is part Salesforce Admin, part Salesforce Developer, and part problem-solver.
You are the person who can hear, “This report is wrong,” “This automation broke,” “This integration is not syncing,” or “We need a better process,” and then investigate, fix, and improve it.
You do not need to be a full Salesforce Architect, but you do need to be technical enough to build real solutions, troubleshoot quickly, and know when Salesforce configuration is enough versus when code or integration support is needed.
Why Join Clear2 Mortgage
You will work on real projects that directly affect sales, clients, reporting, production, and company growth.
You will have direct access to leadership and your work will be visible.
You will have room to own bigger projects and grow your Salesforce technical skill set.
You will be part of a fast-moving, in-office team where good ideas and practical solutions matter.
Competitive compensation starting at $75,000+ per year based on experience.
Higher compensation is available for strong Salesforce development, integration, automation, and reporting experience.
Health insurance and additional benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
