Full Job Description

Colony Construction LLC is a growing construction company specializing in residential and commercial construction, remodels, flooring, and unique custom projects throughout Southern Arizona.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to help support and grow the company long-term. This is NOT just a basic office position — we are looking for someone interested in helping build systems, improve operations, assist with bidding and project coordination, and potentially help research and develop future software/app ideas related to the construction industry.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Responsibilities

Administrative and office support
Payroll assistance
Organizing company files and documents
Assisting with job bids and proposals
Communicating with clients and subcontractors
Assisting with scheduling and project coordination
Supporting business growth and operational systems
Researching commercial project opportunities
Assisting with AI tools, software research, and app/business development ideas
Helping improve company workflows and organization

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Business, management, marketing, accounting, construction management, or related background preferred
Experience in construction, administration, operations, or project coordination is a plus

Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, QuickBooks, or project management software is a plus

Pay: $11,000.00 - $26,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bisbee, AZ
