Full Job Description

Job Overview

Moos Family Chiropractic is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing regenerative medicine and multidisciplinary practice in Bismarck, North Dakota.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a flexible, low-hour, high-impact role focused on helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and avoid unnecessary surgery through advanced regenerative and non-surgical treatment options.

You will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team delivering patient-centered musculoskeletal and regenerative medicine services in a well-established practice with an outstanding reputation in the community.

Duties

Perform patient evaluations and re-examinations
Develop individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions
Administer trigger point injections and joint injections
Perform regenerative medicine procedures including PRP and hyaluronic acid injections
Educate patients regarding treatment options and expected outcomes
Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the EMR system
Collaborate closely with chiropractors and other providers to coordinate care and maximize patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in North Dakota
Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Injection experience REQUIRED (joint injections and/or trigger point injections)
Experience in orthopedics, pain management, sports medicine, physical medicine, or musculoskeletal care preferred
Experience or strong interest in regenerative medicine strongly preferred
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently within established systems and protocols

Schedule

8 hours per week
Flexible scheduling
No evenings or weekends required

Compensation & Benefits

$75–$110 per hour based on experience
